Billing questions

How does the free trial work?

Your first 14 days are free. You add a card at checkout, you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then from your account page.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from your account page in one tap. Your page stays live until the end of the period you paid for. There are no refunds for partial months or years.

What happens to my page if I cancel?

It pauses and stays in your account for 90 days, design and links intact. Subscribe again inside that window and it is live again at the same address.

Is there a free published tier?

No. Previewing and designing are free; publishing is $5 a month or $48 a year. Pages people pay for are pages nobody uses for spam.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, from the billing portal on your account page. The change applies at your next renewal.

Who handles my card?

Stripe. Snazzy never sees or stores your card number.
