Terms

Effective October 22, 2026. Snazzy is operated by CGHM Associates LLC, USA. Using Snazzy means you agree to these terms.

The short version

Your page and your content

You own what you publish and you are responsible for it. You give us permission to host it, show it to visitors, make copies for backups and caches, and render it in previews on our own site when you choose to make it public. We do not claim any other rights over it. You must have the right to use any photo, text or link you add, including content imported from another service.

Designs produced by Snazzy for your page are yours to use. The layout families, palettes and font pairings they are built from remain ours and are shared by every page on the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use Snazzy to publish or link to:

Links are checked against Google Safe Browsing when you publish and on a schedule afterwards. Every public page has a report link. We may pause a page, remove a block or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Pausing a page does not entitle you to a refund.

Your name on the service

Your address is snazzy.bio/your-name. Names are first come, first served, must not impersonate anyone, and some are reserved. We may reclaim a name that is unused for a long time or that is being used to mislead, and we will contact you first where we can.

Billing, trial and cancellation

Analytics, subscribers and messages

Visitor counts and clicks are estimates based on hashed visitor keys and exclude traffic we detect as automated. Emails and messages that people submit through your page belong to you; you are responsible for using them lawfully, including honouring unsubscribe requests.

The service

We work to keep Snazzy up, fast and backed up, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Snazzy is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice and a way to export their links.

Reports and takedowns

To report a page, use the report link in its footer or email hello@snazzy.bio. For copyright claims, include the page address, the work you own, and how to contact you.

Changes and contact

When these terms change, the date at the top changes, and material changes are announced by email to account holders. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Questions: hello@snazzy.bio.
