Privacy
Effective October 22, 2026. Snazzy is operated by CGHM Associates LLC, USA.
The short version
- You can design a page without giving us anything. We ask for an email and password when you publish, so the page is never lost.
- Your page is public once you publish it. That is the point of it.
- Visitors to your page are counted with a hashed daily key, not cookies and not their IP address.
- Emails and messages that people submit through your page belong to you, the creator.
- Stripe handles cards. We never see your card number.
- You can delete your account, and everything in it, from your account page.
What we collect
- Your account: an email address and a hashed password once you save or publish. Until then you are a guest with a session cookie and nothing else.
- Your page: the name, bio, photo, links, text, images and other blocks you add or import, the handle or URL you imported from, and every design version so you can go back. Imports read only what is already public on the page or profile you pointed us at.
- Design requests: the sentences you type to change your page are sent to our AI provider together with your page content, and nothing else about you. They are used to produce the design, not to train models.
- Visitor analytics for your page: for each visit we store the date, a hashed visitor key (a one-way hash of IP address, browser and a daily salt, so it cannot be turned back into a person), the source such as Instagram or Google, the country, the device type, and which links were clicked. Public pages set no cookies.
- Subscribers and messages: if your page has an email signup or contact form, what people submit is stored for you. We never use those addresses ourselves and never sell them.
- Billing: Stripe handles your card and gives us a customer id, your plan and its status. We never see or store your card number.
- Usage of the app: first-party records of pages visited and features used, with a daily-rotating anonymous visitor key, plus error reports. Cookies are used only in the editor and account area, to keep you signed in. If enabled, Google Analytics runs on our marketing pages with IP anonymization and advertising features off.
- Feedback and reports you send through the feedback button or the report link on a page.
Who can see it
Your published page, and everything on it, is visible to anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines. Your draft, your analytics, your subscribers and your messages are visible only to you. We use service providers to host the app, send email, take payments and generate designs, only to run Snazzy. We do not sell data and we do not show ads.
If someone reports your page, we may look at it to decide whether it breaks the terms.
If you are a subscriber or sent a message through someone's page
The creator who owns that page is responsible for what they do with your email address or message. Snazzy stores it for them and does not contact you. To have it removed, ask the creator, or email us and we will remove it.
Deleting your data
Go to Account and choose Delete my account. Your page, its versions, analytics, subscribers, messages and photos are deleted. A page that was paused for non-payment stays in your account for 90 days so you can bring it back; deleting the account removes it right away. You can also email hello@snazzy.bio and we will do it for you.
Children
Snazzy is for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything that affects what we collect is announced by email to account holders.
